Notifications not working

Hello I have done everything possible to get notifications either by mail or to my mobile but nothing works. Could any one help please? I like windy and I am considering getting the subscription. but for me without notifications it isn’t worth it.

Hello @vegagb, would you upload a screenshot of your alert setting?

The operator in the settings works as AND, not OR. So in case, you have set at least 5 mm of rain, 2 cm of snow, temperature above 25 °C, you will receive notification in case all of these conditions are met, which is unlikely.
You have to have a separate notification for each condition.
