New widget ios 14 problem

On latest app version on ios 14 iphone 12pro max tap on the new home widget crash the app...

Hello @Graziano_Vannini, do you mean the original one or the one which was released with iOS 14?
What exactly happens when it crashes the application, is there any error message? -

No error message, only screen red... -
@graziano_vannini the widget gets red or the application does after you try to open it?

@graziano_vannini I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application again. Let me know if this still occurs after reinstallation.

@petra-pik after unistall and reinstall the app and reset my iphone, same problem..

I have the same problem on both iPhone & iPad, after updating the app & re-installing. App works fine but the widget not working

Hi @diebrood, what exact 14.X version of iOS and device do you have? When you open the application, it works fine? Would you upload a screenshot of the widget?
