When I signed up it seemed to me I could have either a monthly or annual subscription. I initially chose monthly, but would like to change to annual. How can I do that?

We do not offer a monthly subscription anymore, so if you want to switch to annual one, you will need to cancel the current one and purchase annual subscription separately.
