<p dir="auto">Displayed colors represent temperature in different altitude levels. Temperature values are shown in white figures.</p>

<h4>Wind barbs</h4>
<p dir="auto">The length of each barbs indicate the speed of the wind. Long barb stands for 10 knots and short barb for 5 knots.</p>
<p dir="auto">Wind direction is then indicated by long shaft. Shaft points to the direction <strong>from</strong> where the wind is blowing.</p>

In fact, pressure levels can be converted in mean altitudes or flight levels.<br />
Using Sounding you get directly the mean altitude and the wind speed / direction.</p>

In the app long press on screen.<br />
Then click the altitude scale to get speed and direction of wind.<br />
You can reduce the altitude scale to 7000m max.<br />

I don’t think this is possible because the weather models outputs are in pressure levels. It is the way how they work, by pressure levels, not by amsl levels.</p>
