No lightning symbol in rain/thunder layer

Hi there,

There doesn't seem to be any lightning symbol displayed for forecast thunderstorms in the rain/thunder layer anymore in the EC. Is this a bug or change? Thanks,

It seems like a bug.

And this issue is even more obvious in Southern Hemisphere where the hot season gives more thunderstorms right now.
