<![CDATA[Widget does not update Samsung S10 Android 11]]>For a while now the widget on my phone does not update anymore. This started a while back, before i updated to android 11. Manual updating helps, but the widget does not update any parameter, except the time bar.

Windy is not battery reduced on my phone.

I have done that all. Windy has the permission to use GPS.
In the settings there is no possibility to allow windy to use always GPS, that might be the problem, it is only working when you hit the refresh button manually.

The widget does not refresh by itself, I upgraded from Android 11 to 12, that's reason for the problem, the widget works flawless on an other device with an older version of Android.

Android 10 - Widget not updating

The reason for this (at least I think it is) is because Windy cannot access the device location in the background.
The only two options when changing Windy's location permissions are Deny and Allow only while using the app. Windy simply cannot get the current location and therefore update the widget.
