              The colors on the bar, show wind speed.
              Rain drops show rain forecasted during that time of the day.

                  Scale at the lower right

                  you must wait
                  Rain: domingo afternoon, segunda early in the morning and in the afternoon etc
                  Wind: moderate at terça afternoon ...

                        In theory, the colder the more rain. Cold cloud means high cloud like a cumulonimbus but be careful because it should be thick as well, as it is the case for cumulonimbus. Cirrus are also high but will not generate rain
