Delete a place

How can y delete a place or city from de searhs bar

I think you are talking about Windy, the weather app, not Windy Maps (which is a navigation application)?
In Windy, it is not possible. These locations are overwritten every time you search a new location.
You may try in Settings > Delete all my data from this device. I have not tested it, but I am afraid you delete all settings too.
