Support for premium subscribers

I am a premium subscriber. I cannot find any information on contacting someone for app support; or even customer support for account issues. I have no interest in starting a thread for discussion at this time. I just wanted specific info on the app. In this case I wanted to know if wind could be displayed as barbs and if humidity data was available. I searched the site and did not find these features. As a premium subscriber, I should be able to get a direct answer to simple questions such as these

Everyone can get an answer about the app here.
There is NO way to display wind as barbs, excepted in Airgram.
Relative humidity is available. See More layers in right menu.

@idefix37 When plotting a boating route, on my PC I can get the weather forecast and adjust to a specific date and time for departure planning, but on the app I only see my route waypoints, is there a way to select the forecast with my waypoints in the app?

No this is not possible. The Route planner is only available on Windy website, not in the mobile app.
