      Hellos mynname Is Valeria Diaz Chief of Air quality monitoring network in Quito Ecuado. I would like to have information about the data that you are showing in the area of Quito. The values are wrong.. . If there is interest to take the air quality data could you write my maria.diaz@quito.gob.ec

        @valeria-diaz Hello, what kind of data do you mean?
        We visualize forecast and also we display AQ stations, that provide real-time data.

          @Valeria-Diaz refers problably to the values displayed by Air quality stations.

          All of them display the air quality index at 500, already yesterday, while the different Air quality layers show low values. But of course the index in a big town, in the middle of mountains, can be totally different from surroundings.

            @idefix37 This value is based on data we receive from our sources, of course if you are in the mountains, the pollution will be significantly lower. Other layers show just a forecast, not real-time values.

              Yes indeed, unless you are in a big city located in altitude but in a basin which is the case of Quito. The topography concentrates the pollution without wind and HP subsidence.
              In fact what seemed strange to me at first is that the 7 stations in Quito all display 500, but looking at the detail of each one shows differences depending on the pollutants.
