Why the tidal current direction / speed are not in time with the tide timetables? Example: High tide 6am Low tide 12 and Windy shows the strongest tidal current during Slack tide between high and low tide when it should be at its lowest value?

It depends where you are considering tide and tidal current. In some areas there is 1, 2 ou 3 hours difference between mean level and max current speed, even if in normal conditions they are rather expected to be synchronised. It depends on the shape of the coastline and seabed.
