Never got email from FASTSPRING with code for premium
I paid for premium a while ago, I have the google receipt; however I was never sent my code from fastspring and can't use my premium.
I can't believe I'm having to write a topic in a forum for help for a paid service and there's not a single contact on the website.

Through which platform are you subscribed to Premium?
To access your Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.
Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.
If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.
@petra-pik I am subscribed through andoid. I followed the steps;
-open app on phone, click on premium, it says "thank you for subscribing, to redeem your subscription, please login"
-click login, provide login details, it says "failed to redeem subscription, please follow steps in article what to do blah blaah"
Basically a circle.

@dylanc Hello, since you have subscribed via Google, then you need to restore Premium on your mobile phone (in the app) as described in the manual. You only restore via FastSpring if you bought Premium on desktop, which is not your case.
Please go the app, login with your account and press "restore purchases".
