High and medium cloud layers not visisble

Recently I noticed that under the cloud layer property the high and medium cloud layers have disappeared. The high and medium cloud layers used to be visible but now only low clouds are visible.

Click More layers ... at bottom of the list to find them.
Unfortunately the selected layers disappear regularly. It would be nice to have them definitively available (same as it is for Settings)
