API jupyter HELP

so im trying to do the simple two step Point Forecast API. But im am constantly getting the error that the stuff im putting is missing

Please tell me what i am doing wrond i have tried a lot of diffrent stuff nothing seems to work

Please also note that test API only returns random coordinates.
