One of my Favorites is Gullholmen, Norway. Unfornately it is marked as Gullholmen, Sweden!
Guldholmen, on the other hand, is a place in Sweden.

However, this problem should be addressed to Open Street Map, since we use their maps and have no control over them.
Once the map is corrected on OSM, it takes some time for the changes to be reflected in the application as well.
