Can’t log in with absolutely correct password

I could log in with the password on web, but can’t on the App, why

Hi @angelinaford @Lynn-Li, I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application again, logging in by manually typing the credentials (not using the presaved ones).

In case the issue persists, let me know what version of Android/iOS/browser + system and application (can be found at the bottom of the menu) do you have.
