The app is failing to load during the best rain in 10 years?

 I am on the Sunshine Coast, Australia and I am experiencing similar problems as other Subscribers. The app partially loads with NO position or colour? When I press play on Web-cam or Forecast the app just falls apart ?? The only solution is to hit the home button as giving the app time doesn't really help? 
For some reason when I try to attach the screen shot it comes up with an "error" message? I have also reset my internet connection and devices as well, several times a day!![0

THIS has been occurring for the last 3 days during one of the best weather events for about 10 years, it would be good if I could know what might affect us??

For the screenshot, it could be related to the maximum size of the picture accepted by the system. Try to keep it around 0.5MB
