Cant login on iPad

New premium subscriber here. I can log in on my iPhone and iMac but I get an invalid password error on iPad. I've reset my password and using the Apple keychain to make sure it's the same account and password on all platforms. Only having the issue with iPad.

I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application.
In case the issue persists, let me know and I will look into it.

Thanks - unfortunately deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t work. Other thoughts?
