Good job.
But you have chosen a different colour for each °C which does not really provide more precision than if you choose this colour for 2°C or more. This would allow you to spread your choice of color below -30°C. Otherwise for temperatures below -30°C you get a uniform colour. This does not allow a good analysis at 500hPa.
