      Hi,
      I have a question about visibility.
      Comes this parameter directly from a weather model (ECMWF/GFS) or was it computed based on other variables from an atmospheric model?
      Does anyone know how visibility is computed in a weather model or how to compute it as post-processing from variables from a weather model?

        Visibility data come from ECMWF, the weather institute making the famous weather model IFS
