Wind pointer values constantly changing, why?

why does the wind pointer text constantly change values if the data are only updated every few hours? appears real time, is it? thanks

@1234oscar Hello, do you mean the weather picker? If you move the timeline, than the values change, data are available for every hour. And forecast is updated every 6 hours (for ECMWF).
