Can't login in Mobile app with Premiun Access

Hello,
I just purchased premium access and although I can log in using my laptop I can't using the mobile app. I keep getting and Invalid Password Message but I am entering the correct one, correct case, etc

Hello @jorgei, thank you for supporting us!
I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application. When you try to log into, make sure you type in the credentials manually, without using the pre-saved info.
If this doesn't work, you can change your password and log in with the new one.In case all the tips above fail, let me know what version of the application, operating system, and device you have.

Having the same issue.
Attempting to transfer the app to a new phone, have reset my password and it all works fine on the web.
However, cannot log into the mobile app using this same password. Have tried re-installing. Version is 28.1.1

we are trying to get to the bottom of this. May I ask you few questions that will help us solve the issue?– were you previously able to log into Windy on your mobile phone
– in case you were previously able to log in, did the issue occur after you subscribed to Premium
– when you created an account with us, did you do it in the application or on our website
– when was the first time you have registered this issueThank you for your patience and your help!

@petra-pik I didn't use android app till the registration. And I registered only after buying the premium from the web. After this downloaded app and tried to login. Got "invalid password", did password reset and still unable to login :( And I tried to contact you through the chat (or what direct messages do you mean?) And have no response yet

Since I created an account I have not been able to log into the mobile app at all.

I have the same issue on 28.1.1 ios. Downloaded app, immediately signed up for premium subscription on existing account using Apple Pay, reset password, got invalid password multiple times, reinstalled app, no improvement.

Same issue as others. I have paid for premium through the app (apple) but it won’t let me log in. Keeps sending me here to reset my password which then fails. Please advise, thanks. Easier to communicate through my email address.
