Hi, I used to be really impressed with Windy ad free tool, told everyone I knew how good it was so when Windy asked for donations to keep it running I sent you guys a small bit of cash. If you’d said that you wanted to develop the brand to a paid version and a free ad paid version I’d have been able to decide to continue to support the app or not.
Bad form using my donation to make it worse for me.

@tomedmondson We are sorry that you feel this way, your donation helped us to cover our expenses at that time and keep developing the app. Nevertheless, Windy is still a free app with a majority of its features.

Tom I felt the same, however when you think about it what other weather app gives you this level of weather detail on a global scale. Less than a cost of a cup of coffee per month. Definitely one of the best value for money apps if you are weather enthusiast
