The weather is not functioning and displaying "no data" in all of Australia and I think some Asian countries too. Was working fine this morning

Hello @liam-pankhurst, there is a data outage on our provider's side. Once the data are available, our weather radar will display them again.

@petra-pik I just subscribed to the pro version and now I cannot see any of the Australian radar data. I was able to see the radar prior to subscribing and I can see that the weather radar on the BOM site with no problem. A solution to this problem would be most appreciated as I use this data a lot. I am using the iOS app on iPhone XS

Hello @windyduc48, the Australian radar is offline due to another technical issue on our provider's side.
Being subscribed doesn't affect the ability to view the weather radar.We are sorry for the inconvenience. Once the data is available to us, we will display it.
