Selected the $18.99/year plan, but was charged $31.21.....why???

Are you subscribed via Google Play or App Store? Does the payment say it was one payment for $31.21 or are there two items?
Would you upload a screenshot of the payment?I also recommend checking if it was our application. We are Windy.com, red and white logo, not Windy.app, blue and white logo.

@petra-pik - I just had a similar issue although I didn't notice it until I cancelled the purchase because even though I had paid for the Premium app I was completely unable to access it.
Here's the image showing the original charge amount for a one-year, one time purchase - The payment addition is just US state sales tax shown below:
