Can you access 1hr forecast in the app and desktop or there is some issue?

I keep getting a popup asking if I want to upgrade to Premium, yet I checked my subscriptions and mine is still active (I paid the yearly amount)!!

can you help me as sounds similar to Farrstar's issue.

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.
