Why did I never get alert notification?

I set this alert notification and wait for almost a year, still not a single notification been sent to my mailbox. (I did check SPAM)

You have not ticked any hours. If you specify a duration of the alert, it seems to me that you need to tick all hours for a 24h alert.

It is what I understand and I usually do.
Try it with a smaller swell heigh to test it.
Don’t forget to save the setting.
