Renewal already canceled yearly subscription on my PayPal account

Last year (2020) in the spring I paid an one-year subscription to the Windy app. The PayPal account system marked my payment as an annual auto-renewal. At that point, I couldn’t accept this type of annual subscription renewal so I canceled it on my PayPal account. After a few months, I solved a problem I was having on one of my computers. Since the Windy app works on my 2 computers and tablet, I want to automatically reset my annual renewed subscriptions, but that feature no longer exists on my PayPal account. Do you know the solution to this problem? Thank you in advance!

Dear Korina,
Last year on my Pay Pal account I turned off the annual renewal of a charge that was set by default because I had trouble using the windy app on one of my 2 pc. After resolving this issue, I wanted to re-enable subscription renewal on PayPal but could no longer do so.Kindly!
