Some bugs with METAR in Palau

In the list of METAR reports for PTRO airport, for some reason, most are mixed with reports from other airports.
For example latest report on windy.com:
It is very different from what is on the servers of NOAA:
And it mixed with MMMY and MMAN (Mexico).
This is not an isolated incident. So most of the reports from this station are mixed with reports from random airports:
On the graph, this bug is accompanied by a sudden drop in temperature from +29° to +1° or snow at +30°

In the general format of METARs, the end indicated by the symbol =
not #
Maybe the bug happens because of this. -
