Implement leaflet plugin

Hello,
how can I implement https://github.com/elmarquis/Leaflet.GestureHandling plugin into windy?

Adding "gestureHandling: true" to windyOptions is not enough

Thanks, but It's not my plugin I just want to include this plugin - with windy map - on my page.

While using just leaflet (without windy) I'm adding gestureHandling: true and It works. With windy map + leaflet while adding It to windyOptions It doesn't.

So how to implement this leaflet plugin with windy map using leaflet?
