User story: AS A novice user of the iOS iPad or iOS app who checks the weather in my location frequently I WANT TO have the zoom level on the map be the same each time I open the app SO THAT I can quickly see the conditions on the map of my chosen area without having to manually zoom in each time I open the app.

In the grand scheme of things it may seem small, but it does happen very often, and the fix seems easy (extra input field for zoom level near the one for start-up location)

Use last location only works as a work-around if the map wasn't moved during last use. It often starts with weather information for some seemingly random city, because I panned around the map a bit, and I'm guessing it remembered the center of the screen..

The first thing I always do when I start the app - change the zoom level.
