You are probably referring to the Radar layer where you find 3 symbols:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Lighting: reported lightning</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Snow flakes: precipitation probably in the form of snow</p>
</li>
<li>
<p dir="auto">Black dots: risk of hail</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p dir="auto">A written description is not the same as a map legend.  You've described what the map is showing, but you haven't explained how the map shows that information.  Every map needs a visual legend that shows a picture of the symbol next to a description of what the symbol means.  I'm watching a storm move in right now that shows lightning in a very obvious way using a visual symbol in the shape of a lightning bolt.  All around the lightning are grey dots.  Without a legend, I have no idea what the grey dots mean.  Please provide a legend!</p>
