The attached screenshot https://photos.app.goo.gl/Ydz18itLkJEHNGWr7 shows the issue. The other models are predicting 10-20mm of rain. ICON is predicting 30cm of snow. This can't be its real prediction with a temperature of 10C, so I'm assuming the issue is one of units.
The problem doesn't seem to exist in the meteogram display.

Thank you Tim. It seems there is something wrong with ICON. It has been also noted by a user in Turkey snowfall and 10°C temperature.
On next Saturday there is snow forecast with 8°C temperature in Richmond again (When Rain shows cm, it stands for snow and the precipitation figures color changes to light blue instead of deep blue).
All the other models don’t predict snow at same location.

And as you mentioned, Meteogram shows only rain or convective rain, but no snow despite the snow pictogram is displayed.

Seems necessary to investigate.

The forecast was at 21:30 EDT on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.

I've had this issue before, though. A conjecture based on, oh, nothing: there was snow earlier in the forecast. Perhaps once the display starts showing cm for snow, it just keeps showing cm, even if later precipitation events are rain? I can't remember if I've seen the problem in reverse, with several cm of snow being reported as a few mm of rain.

Hi, could you tell us where you observed this prediction. It would be useful for checking about this issue.
