Subscription confusion

I subscribed to the Premium on my desktop for $18.99 (although on the app it's $19.99) yet nothing seems to have changed. I can't access the 1 Hour view (the subscription box keeps popping up). And everything looks as it did when I was a free subscriber, although I have logged out and back in again and my PayPal account was charged. Am I missing something?
