entering a stop for refuelling times into the Flight Planner route

First, I'd like to thank the developers of the excellent Flight Planner plugin.

And second, is there a way to add a stop-over to allow refueling into a flight plan?

Specifying a DURATION in hours as a leg of the flight or specifying a START TIME of a leg would be fantastic.

I'm using Flight Planner with a paramotor in Australia,

Yes, you can set the start time of a leg. Double click on the row in the table, where you want to set the start time. Then, only that one row will be marked with the checkbox, and below the speed and alt sliders the option will appear to set the start time.
