Temp. Sky. Wind. Alarms giving wrong alarms

I am receiving wrong alarms for my favorite spots. I am using Temperature-Wind-Sky cover conditions (drone fotografy)

I can´t even send you the setup and results displays (server error).....
I have an alarm to a spot with temperature range, hours of the day, days of week, wind speed range, and 100% sun; The result:
The alarm gives me an alert for a rainy and windy day just for a specific hour.......

What is the problem? Is it because you have got an alert just for one hour? Just because the alert levels have been reached during only one hour?
