Cannot activate Premium content after purchase...
Purchase Windy.com on my company notebook to use since I travel frequently (finally again after Covid 19 and getting vaccinated). My employer's IT settings blocks the premium content. Can it get a refund?

Hello @NOAANASA, you should be able to view Premium features.

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.
If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.
Refunds are possible within the first 14 days after the purchase. Your subscription was paid on the 29th of March, so the Premium can't be refunded anymore.
