@korina I am also having this issue on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. It actually started for me on the last update. Only occurred occasionally. With today’s update it happens most of the time. Once every three or four times I open the app it still works, but almost unusable. I have tried deleting and reinstalling with no improvement.

Would you upload a screenshot of the Error console like it is on my screenshot (Menu>Error console>Nativa apps)? It would help us solve the issue.

Any update? I have the same problem on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I can not use the App for days… :(

@heyihsieh I am in the same boat as you. I have deleted, performed a hard reset, re-installed and it still is not right. I have the same phone as you also. I will tell you that I have launched the app, quit, launched, quit etc several times and then once in awhile it works. But the next time the same problem occurs. My Iphone 6s does not display the problem nor does my Ipad pro. Both also have 14.5 installed

@korina I regret to inform you the update has not resolved this issue. I just updated five minutes ago and rebooted phone and issue still at hand. I pay for premium service and if not resolved think I need it fixed or refunded.
