Is there any goverment entity or any global institute or something like that, who certifies the information about the weather given by Windy?

Hello @jnino002, we display weather forecast data provided by ECMWF, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Meteoblue, DWD, and others. We don't create these data, we 'only' visualize them.

@jnino002 we visualize mostly weather forecast data.
Real-time information can be found in the Weather radar and Satellite layer.

You can also check features 'Reported wind' and 'Reported temperature'. It will show you real-time measured values in comparison to the forecast.
