iOS widget not working with 29.2.4 app update

I just updated to version 29.2.4 and the widget shows Prague as my location rather than my actual location. I tried deleting data, reinstalling, and logging out/in to no avail.
This is with an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 14.5. Location is disabled for the Windy app as I prefer to set a permanent location for weather info.
Thank you for looking into this. I use the widget multiple times daily and hope there is an easy fix.

Same here. iOS 14.5. 12 Mini. Widget alway functional until today’s (4/28/21).

Same here, it shows Prague but if you click on it, it takes you to some random coordinates near Yemen.... I tried reinstalling, logging out/in but nothing has worked so far :(

In this thread (https://community.windy.com/topic/16293/widget-location-error/2) it was suggested to set the startup location to a favorite location rather than using IP or GPS, however that's what I already have set.
It looks like there are a handful of threads on the same topic now. Perhaps they should be combined for better tracking.
If anyone has any ideas to try, please let us know. I've tried everything suggested so far.

@petra-pik I just received an update to 29.2.5 but the widget still shows Prague as my location. Is the fix slated for a later version? Thank you.

@petra-pik Update: The widget seems to be working again. I removed and added it, then when clicking on "Prague" as the location it instead took me to my saved location, then updated the widget after closing the app. It must have had data leftover from version 29.2.4.

@dimmalk @cabania @gooner19 @foxtrotuniform @northviewsp @Andrewiwi Hello, does the rainbow screen occur also with the current update 29.2.5? If so, does the rainbow occur right after you open the app or after you click on something?
You should allow widget to use your GPS location (Settings - Privacy - Windy). If you do not allow widget to determine the location, widget is show default Prague unless you have saved location in app's Start-up location.

Furthermore, we have also included a fix for iOS widget, now it should work as expected.

The latest update for widgets now doesn’t work at all on an iPhone 8 running IOS 14. It says to load the iOS 14 widget. Have deleted the app & widget & reinstalled. No luck.
Love the app & widget. Please help! -
