Second yearly subscription during the same year

I ve bought year subscription month ago (22/03). Today it seems that my premium features stopped working. I have choose renew option while logging in. As a result I was charged again for year subscription (form today). I am fine with my previous yearly subscription and do not need another one starting today. Can you help?

@przemeks Hello, if you subscribed via App/Google store, then you will need to cancel the subscription there. Once you cancel it, please let me know if the subscription works.

@korina I Have successfully cancelled the second subscription and now I have none active - so it seems that I need your assistance in restoring my first subscription (started in March 2021). Looking for some help.

@przemeks Hello, you should have access to the Premium features. Are you logged in the app/desktop? You cannot open 1 hour forecast?

@korina I confirm that I have no premium features available now (1h forecasts). But it might be right due to fact that apple has just refunded my second yearly subscription. As I understand I should subscribe again to get premium features back. Right?
