Default start up display - Requests

Hi,

As there are many requests considering the default start up display, i suggest to summarize those here :

• Zoom level
• weather model details (Which weather model and 1h / 3h display)
• Map / info layer

It would clearly optimise the user XP AND the server loading.

Others (open to suggestions) ?

Regarding the Map layer, you already have an option to set a certain map as your start up layer.
