Alerts: Rain No More Than...

I LOVE Windy.com Alerts!

One missing feature is the ability to alert when there will NOT be or has not had precipitation.

It's basically the inverted of the existing Rain option:

No more than X in of rain must accumulate...

E.g. only alert me if all the other criteria is true

Bonus: Don't alert me if it is raining/precipitating at all!

@korina This feature would be great! I need this one for paragliding. What if wind is blowing from right direction and have appropriate speed if it's raining... I receive many "false" alerts. Please, think about it. :)

Same here (also for paragliding).
You could just use the from <> to selector as in Temperature
