Forecast Change from 3 hour to 1 hour view

When I change forecast view from 3 hour to 1 hour there are different informations .
Is it a bug?

What do you mean with ‘’different information’’ ?

Yes, as you can see, 3h view there is rain from 12h
When I change to 1 hour view the rain disappear !
