Change from android to iOS

Hi there!
I just purchased the yearly premium subscription 3 weeks ago but changed my phone from android to iOS. Do I now have to cancel the subscription and pay again? It seems there is no way to restore the purchase ... -
@chhummel Hello, you need to at first restore the Premium on the device where you made the purchase (your Android phone). Once you restore it, it will be assigned to your Windy account and you can use it on different phone.

@korina thanks for the answer, but what if I cannot restore it on my old device? It doesn‘t work anymore ...

@chhummel If you truly cannot restore it on Android device, then I would suggest to cancel the purchase and make a new one via App Store.

OK. That sucks. I cancelled the old account, but I am certainly not paying one year twice. I guess Windy has just lost a customer... you should change this!

@chhummel Hello, this would not mean that you would pay for the Premium twice. Google Play will refund you the charge.

@chhummel I asked our developers and they can try to restore the purchase manually. Could you please provide us with App Store invoice and send it to support@windy.com?
