list/number of webcams available through the api

Hello,
Is there somewhere a list, kml file, csv file, something showing how many webcams we would get access to through the api? Looking at the website is deceiving b/c the number changes depending on the zoom level.
Ideally I would like to show the locations on google earth so either a kml or csv with lat long (which I can transform into kml) would do great.I understand that they don't all work, don't all have the same qualities but I am just curious as to how many there is.

@jbungener Hello, we have currently around 40K active webcams available via API, but the number changes dynamically.

@jbungener Hello, there is currently no way to located exact location, but we do have a big inventory of EU webcams.
