Subscription rates for Windy Premium Confusing

Am I going crazy? Or just missing something about the choices one has for purchase a Windy Premium subscription:
Potential subscribers are offered a...."Buy for one year" deal @ $29.99 (One-time payment, no commitment); or, an "Annual subscription" offer @ $19.99 / year ($1.7 a month. Cancel anytime)
If BOTH options are annual, one-year plans, why would anyone ever consider the most expensive of the two?
Why would someone want to choose the $29.99 plan?

Hello @ebb73, 'Buy for one year' will get you a Premium that expires after one year. With the 'Annual subscription' you are subscribed, Premium gets auto-renewed after one year.
Some users prefer not being subscribed.
