I would say rather an Announcement: it roughly follows news from this thread and may be also reached on UI via "Main Menu / Weather News".
A priori the last Announcement is often displayed by default for some period of time. -
@vsinceac Yes, but I think it shouldn’t be displayed every time it is refreshed and started, and it cannot be closed (I didn’t find the relevant "no longer show" operation)
