      I have attempted to get email notifications and have requested email verifications 3 or 4 times. I receive the notification in the app to check my email and verify, but I never receive an email. I have checked every folder, including the spam folder, but nothing ever arrives.

          @dolpe Hello, you are probably referring to a different issue. You did not receive confirmation email for your purchase or for the set weather alert?

            @philburk Hello, the reason why you did not receive any alert might be that you have too many condition set in the alert. Could you please share what parameters you have selected?

              @korina yes that is right. The order reference code is missing. I paid on desktop pc and I did not receive confirmation email for your purchase. Weather alert I still did not try. I can not finish the setup to premium account.

              edit: It was my mistake, I wrote wrong email. Now it is all fine. :)

                I Windy, I registered and my profile shows I have Primium service. I do not receive notification emails for my configured alerts. The alert config page tells me my email address is not verified. When I click the Verify Email button there, it tells me a verification Email was sent, but I never receive those either. I'm stuck here.

                Checked my spam folders, nothing there either.

                Any suggestions?

                  @dhyduk I wanted to handle that for you, but I see your email is verified already. According to alerts, they can be some issues with sending them and our team is planning to update the whole feature in the near future.
