Windy 3D mode is back!

Remark about max zoom in 3D mode:

one cannot get bigger map scale than zoom 6 (screenshot), which is not enough; user has to enable 2D to zoom more, then again 3D to zoom less... which is boring
if Windy 3D technology would allow it (and I think it does), big map scales should not be limited by 3D
other 3D web maps don't have such a limit (e.g. GogolMaps), or well allow zooming to much bigger map scales (e.g. MeteoEarth, NullSchool, DarkSky)

I like it a lot! The 3D version show how busy the weather is around the globe. Windy.com is the best site for weather. Hands down! Nothing comes closer. Keep up the great work!

Konečně. Od vypnutí minulé 3D verze o to prosím opakovaně. Dokonce jsem kvůli tomu začal platit PREMIUM. Tak prosím, nechte nám to aktivní.

Where do you try to see the 3D? It is only available on website, not in the mobile app. But in future it will be in the app too.

I'd like to be able to zoom out further while using 3D mode. Allowing 3D to be set as default sounds good if that's not already available.

What an amazing tool! It´s so clear to see how winds and clouds are related all over the world. That´s a revolution in the way we "see" meteorological phenomena. Thank you soo much for help me improve my flight safety and awareness! I couldn't found any error in this beta version.

@vicb I agree that on the Mac, the 3D mode with particle animation is too slow (basically unusable). This is with a 2 year old iMac running the latest macOS. If particles are turned off, everything is fine. This is using the Safari browser. Firefox is slightly better but still frustratingly slow..

With the same iMac and same OS, particle animation works fine for me. Both with Safari or Chrome. But there is sometime a glitch when using the play button: the weather map is stuck. That does not happen when clicking on the time line.
